Our Lake Michigan Mission
Protecting Lake Michigan is one of the founding principles of RKC Third Coast FC.
We are the Third Coast. This lake shapes our cities, our summers, our industries, and our identity. It feeds our communities, powers our economy, and defines where we call home. If we’re going to wear the name, we have to live it.
That’s why our mission goes beyond the pitch.
Through our Third Coast Freshwater initiative, RKC partners with local environmental leaders, supports beach cleanups from spring through fall, and uses our platform to educate fans about water quality, conservation, and stewardship.
Every matchday, every partnership, and every community event is an opportunity to stand for something bigger than soccer.
We believe sport can unite a region.
We believe community pride should come with responsibility.
We believe protecting Lake Michigan isn’t optional — it’s ours to defend.
